CHLOE!
 

"My husband Rod first saw Chloe’s picture at Woofstock in Toronto.  It was our first trip to this wonderful festival.  When we saw her picture we fell in love.  Yoda, our other rescue was looking for a new friend to keep him company as he recently lost two of his buddies.  My daughter and I picked Chloe up from her foster mom, Patty in Belleville.  She instantly had an attraction to my daughter.  Chloe had a lot of special challenges to overcome.  She has a high pitched cry that can tear your heart out when she sees certain things, like a mop, scissors and a hair brush.  The first night I slept on the couch as she was very nervous and paced and howled all night.  I fell asleep on the couch and when I woke up she was sleeping by my feet. We have now had Chloe a month a she loves her new life.  She loves to go for long walks in the forest, swim in my cousin’s pond, and fetch balls in the backyard. Her favourite activity is riding in the car with her new buddy Yoda.  She likes other dogs but is still shy around new people.  We are socializing her with lots of people, dogs and the boss of our house, Patchie, our cat. Chloe came into our lives at just the right time.  She has brought lots of love and kisses and is extremely happy in her forever home.  Bonnie, all the volunteers and foster parents are angels for everything they do to ensure every dog that comes into their lives finds a loving forever home.   Thanks again for letting  Chloe bring so much happiness into our lives."
