You are ready to submit this adoption application. Please understand that doing so does not guarantee your approval for adoption nor does it make any promise to lead to the adoption of a specific Springer currently in our foster care program. We chose the best home for our Springers and take the placement of our dogs very seriously. Homes are not chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis, but rather are chosen to fit the needs of the dog and lifestyle of the family. Our adoption fee is typically $250, though there are circumstances where this may differ on occassion. In the questions above you have listed the names of your references, we WILL call them. In order for your vet to talk with us, you MUST notify them and give them your permission to speak with us. It is also a good idea to let your personal references know that we'll be calling them as well. Throughout this application you have provided personal information about you, your family and your home, please rest assured in knowing that we would NEVER share or otherwise disclose your information to anybody not involved directly with the SRECC adoption process without your explicit consent- we respect your privacy. All SRECC rescue Springers are spayed or neutered and up-to-date with vaccinations. We assess and evaluate the dogs that come into our foster care program on an individual basis and would never knowingly place a dangerous dog for adoption, we gladly disclose all the information we have on each dog to the potential adopters in an attempt to make the transition as smooth as possible for all involved. We urge you to be as flexible as possible regarding the sex, color, age and look of your potential rescue Springer. Like people, each Springer comes with their own special personality and soul. Receive your English Springer Spaniel with an open heart and mind. There is one waiting to win your heart, please be patient while you wait for your new family member to find you!
Yes! Let's move forward with the adoption process.
